Joining Scales from sunny Cairns, Crystal brings a wealth of seafood knowledge and experience. She previously led the kitchen as Head Chef at the well-known Splash Seafood Restaurant, where she built a strong reputation for quality, freshness and flavour-driven seafood dining.
