For over 20 years, our family has been dedicated to the hospitality and seafood industry, building a reputation on hard work, quality, and consistency. Originally from Melbourne, we made the move to Albury over four years ago with a vision to continue that legacy, taking over a local business that has proudly served the community since 1987.

Since then, we’ve worked to uphold and strengthen that reputation, supplying fresh, high-quality seafood not only to our customers but also to restaurants across Albury and Wodonga through our wholesale network. Supporting local businesses and maintaining strong relationships within the community has always been at the heart of what we do.

In 2024, we took the next step in our journey with the opening of Scales Restaurant — a space dedicated to bringing together our passion for seafood, premium produce, and genuine hospitality. As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same: to deliver exceptional quality, support our local community, and create something we’re proud to share.
